As Founder, and Managing Director of Felix Controls Limited, Jubaer Hossain has been the driving force in evolving the company. Oversee the company’s business operations, liaise with stakeholders, drive strategic company growth, and are responsible for the overall performance of the business. Prior to entering the Building Automation Industry, Jubaer earned an Electrical and Electronics Engineering Degree from Bangladesh Institute of Technology (Khulna, Bangladesh) in 2000 and is an active member of the Engineers of Institute, Bangladesh. He has a proven track record in commissioning different brands like Johnson Controls, Siemens, Trane, Honeywell, Delta Controls, Fike, Notifier, RBH-Access etc.

Mr. Mostafa Kamal Ahmed has experience in helping commercial and industrial customers innovatively reduce their energy consumption and lower their operating costs through the use of open protocol energy management technologies. With over 20 years of experience within high-tech business-to-business organizations, Ahmed has a proven track record in integrated marketing management, including channel communications and retention, promotions, and public relations. Ahmed holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Bangladesh Institute of Technology (Khulna, Bangladesh) and is an active member of the Engineers of Institute, Bangladesh. He brings strong sales leadership and direct digital technology expertise to the organization. At Felix Controls, Ahmed is responsible for growing the Felix Controls business which includes channel management and customer relationships.  Overall, Ahmed oversees the customer-facing portion of the organization which includes, Sales, Product Management, Technical Support, and Training.
